There is a simple method to add pricing to your primary database when you have the same price on multiple plants of the same sizes.  To do this, open Proposal program and select TOOLS and PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.  On the example here, we are wanting to update both the list price and the item cost for 3 different Yaupon Holly items.  In the left pane, we have the 3 plants checked on the right we click on the 3 gallon size.  To update the list price, I check the Change List Price box and entered the price as 38.00.  We also want to update the cost  by checking Change Cost and entered $13.00.  Once we click Apply the database will be update.  We could have also used this technique to update the entire Evergreen Broadleaf category by checking the box next to the category name. This process would likely take only a few seconds to update hundreds of items.  We can also update multiple sizes at the same time. We can do this by clicking a size and holding down on the CTRL key and click on the other desired sizes to update.
