PRO Landscape technical support uses the online tools GoToMeeting and Zoho Remote Support to assist in diagnosing issues.
Telephone support for registered users of PRO Landscape is free and available 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Your copy of PRO Landscape must be registered/activated or it will not continue to run. Please use the link below to submit a registration request.
PRO Landscape Support
PRO Landscape offers free phone or email technical support for our users. We do not have monthly fees.
The license agreement states that PRO Landscape is licensed for one user who can install the software on two computers at a time and can use our Companion app on one tablet.
If you need to move the installation to a new device, install the software (or Companion app) on the new device first. Once, installed you will need to register your software. If you are no longer using an older device simply let Technical Support know you wish to activate your new device, and which older device you want to deactivate.
